THE SILENT ADMIRER
The sun was glowing in the sky, it was a
beautiful afternoon at Limuda beach. Couples
were walking across the shore, children are
building sand castle and a few people lay on the
beach bench sun tanning. A volleyball game is
going on, everyone present seems happy but for a lady in a secluded spot.
Sandra was seated behind a coconut and was
crying her eyes out. The image of what she saw
earlier replayed in her mind.
She had arrive from work early to break the news about her job promotion to her fiance.
"Wale! Wale!! Wale!! !" She shouted upon entering into the living room of her apartment, when she got no reply so assume he is having his siesta.

She sauntered toward the bedroom and was horrified by the sight before her.
Her blood ran cold at seeing her fiance and her best friend, Cynthia, having sex. Both were sweating and making guttural sound like animals.They were lost in their pleasure that the arrival of a third party was unobserved.
The bedside was littered with their discarded clothes and condom foils
"Wale!!!" She shouted at the top of her voice.
These made the duo scurry under the duvey.
Hot tears were falling off Sandra's eyes as she
ran out of the house and flagged down a cab.
"Where to madam?" The driver asked as she got
in."Just get me out of here" she replied admist
tears. "Head for the beach" she added.
A slight tap on her shoulder brought her back to
reality.
A young boy in a T-shirt with 'Limuda Floral
Shop' logo on it was standing before her with a
bouquet of white rose.
"For you Madam" He said handing her the
flower
"Sorry,I think you are mistaken" She said
"The buyer attached a note to it and said it
would ascertain you that it's meant for you"
Sandra flipped open the note and read its
content.

STOP CRYING BECAUSE OF HIM
HE ISN'T WORTHY OF YOUR TEARS
WIPE YOUR TEARS AND SMILE
BECAUSE SOMEONE STILL CARE ABOUT YOU,
SANDY"

"Silent Admirer! Who could this be?" Sandra
wondered.
Only her friends in university days calls her
'Sandy'.
"Where is the person who bought it?" Sandra
inquired.
"He left the moment he paid" The boy said and
left Sandra to solve her puzzle.
